The SceneControl 5000 stage automation control system developed by J.R. Clancy and Niscon is designed to serve as a single common control platform for a wide range of stage machinery. The system offers multi-level cueing, submaster control, free and locked groups and an unlimited numbers of axes. Cues, stored show files, and concurrent axes in motion are all unrestricted. TORONTO, CANADA – Cast Software has today released wysiwyg R30, the latest edition of its industry standard lighting design and pre-visualization suite. The release follows a successful beta-testing period which saw one tester put the new software to use on an undisclosed high-profile project.

HAMPTON, MIDDLESEX, UK - Automation specialist Kinesys launches LibraWATCH, a new free multi-platform load-monitoring software app which works with Windows, Apple Mac iOS and Android operating systems. Once installed on a computer, tablet or smartphone, LibraWATCH enables the load data of a rigged installation – using compatible Kinesys products - to be seen in tabular, graphical or plan formats. Users have the freedom to move freely around the venue or working space and still have direct access to load data on a flown rig.

PR Lighting has added the new XLED 1037 to its XLED moving head portfolio. The fixture uses 37 x 10 Watt RGBW LEDs (containing four colors in one) and offers a wide linear zoom, with beam angle ranging from 12 degrees to 54 degrees.

Additional features include a linear CTO from 3200K to 10000K, linear color mixing with macro function, 0-100 percent linearly adjustable dimmer and an electronic strobe (0 to 25fps).

In terms of movement, the XLED 1037 offers speed adjustable pan and tilt (with pan angle of 0-540 degrees and tilt of 0-270 degrees) with auto position correction function. It also enables auto speed adjustment of the fans, brightness and contrast adjustment and boasts an advanced cooling system, with LED lamp overheating and DMX512 control display statuses.

There are various control options, as the XLED 1037 is wireless DMX compatible and also supports the DMX RDM bi-directional communications protocol.

The XLED 1037 carries a net weight of 12.85kg/29 lbs.
